Let me start by appreciating the Report. It is timely, but most important, we have looked at a Supplementary Budget and my colleague has spoken to the fact that new items have found their way into the supplementary budget. Recently, a Member of this House spoke in very bad light about her colleagues in a harambee in Kirinyaga. It is in public domain and unless we are careful, we cannot be given bad names by others and other Members follow the same and give ourselves bad names without substantiating issues. I do not know what he means when he says that women are crying. He has forgotten that the Chair at this moment is a woman. His statement is demeaning. I ask that he withdraws that statement.
