I am talking about the instruments that are available for purposes of moving forward because there were some concerns from some Members, including myself, about what happens if we go home without passing the Finance Bill. I was just explaining that we do not stand to lose anything. There may be some implications in terms of collections between January and the time that this House comes back to do that, but there are some instruments that this House has provided for in such eventualities.
