I also congratulate the Senate and the National Assembly for working in a very cooperative manner on the issue of Bills rather than foot dragging on these Bills. This Bill now protects the farmer. The auction charges we have been told have now come from 1.5 to 0.75 per cent. The KTDA and other management charges have come from 2.5 to 1.5 per cent. view

As usual when those serving second term receive those who are coming in for the first time, we observe them. Sen.
