Thereafter, we dealt with the NACADA Bill, which is different from the other Bill.   • 7 Aug 2014 in Senate: Mr. Chairperson, Sir, I strongly oppose this particular amendment because the purpose of these amendments is to bring Acts of Parliament to be in conformity. What we are being requested is that pending the review of the entire Act, we should have an Act in our statute books which is not in conformity with our Constitution. We are prolonging the unconstitutionality of the said Act. We cannot do that.
