Kimunya was there. As you mentioned, there are the Chairmen and Vice-Chairs who were not there and they were not represented even by a Member of the Committee. It is time this matter is handled by the Chair of the Liaison Committee. That is so that Chairs and Vice-Chairs of Committees comply.
