Speaker, I wanted your guidance because in line with the provisions of Article 119(5) of the Constitution, as I walked into the Chamber, I noticed from a television set along the corridors that in the other House, there was a Bill that was being debated that was titled: “The Division of Revenue Bill’’. view

We have the Bill published, but it is yet to be considered by the Committee. We are in the process of awaiting views from members of the public after which we will table a Report and have the Bill debated in this House. However, I have seen another Bill and have read in the media that there is a Bill purportedly published by the Senate that is also titled: “The Division of Revenue Bill.” view
