• 3 May 2018 in National Assembly: In light of the fact that this came today and with the late submission of the Estimates for the Equalisation Fund, it will only be fair to do justice to those Members, constituencies and counties that benefit from this Fund. It is a revote of the same Appropriations Bill that we did in the last financial year but it lapsed. It is important to appropriate this money so that they can complete the many projects that were listed in our reports that are still unfinished because of lack of funds. view
