I beg to move: THAT, Clause 13 of the Bill be amended by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (b)— (ba) by inserting the following new subsection immediately after subsection (1) — (1A) Subsection (1) shall not apply to a contributor who is a natural person.
