Chairman, if you also look at what is provided for in the Bill, the affixing of the common seal is authenticated by the signature of the Chairperson or the CEO. My amendment gives the responsibility to authenticate to both the Chairperson and the CEO. There is a whole world of difference because the Bill makes provision for either to authenticate, but my amendment makes it compulsory for the CEO to authenticate.
