Neto, you need to give us clarification because you are the author. The justification for this is that the amendment is in line with the restructuring of the Refugee Affair Secretariat, which is now headed by a Director for Refugee Affairs. Hon. Neto can clarify because he is the author of this amendment because there is confusion between the “Director” and the “Commissioner”? view
