According to the recruitment programme contained in the recruitment guidelines the Commission will receive the final recruitment report from the national recruitment committee by 4th August, 2014. It is, therefore, not possible at this point in time to determine the persons recruited in each district, their gender and ethnic background. Hon. In the meantime, the recruitment guidelines require that each sub-county recruitment committee should address any complaints raised during the exercise. The Commission is, therefore, waiting for the returns on how this was implemented. Observers and other independent organisations are also expected to give reports to the Commission on any irregularities and inequalities they may have noted in the Commission’s action. I said the report will be ready on 4th August. He did not listen and I would urge him to be very keen, if he wants to respond appropriately. I will bring the guidelines as I promised. view
