On 11th February, 2014, at about 1.00 p.m. police officers who were on patrol received information that there were three suspicious persons who were planning to commit crime within that particular area. When those officers confronted the suspects and ordered them to surrender, two of them ran away in different directions while the third one drew a pistol prompting the officers to shoot him thus sustaining gunshot wounds.
