Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 63 of the Bill be amended− (a) by deleting sub-clause (4) appearing in the first instance and substituting therefor the following new sub-clause− (4) Where there is disunity in the family of a refugee as a result of divorce, separation or death of any member of that family, a member of the family may remain in Kenya and shall have to apply within a maximum period of ninety days from the time of disunity of the family for the acquisition of the refugee status or for a legalisation of the ...
