They say that women are housewives and they sit in the house. • 6 Aug 2014 in National Assembly: Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I stand to support the Motion to annul Regulation 24(2) of the NCA Regulations 2014 for the following two reasons. One, the penalty of 50 per cent looks punitive at this time when we are encouraging the youth to register companies, especially construction companies, to deal with projects of classroom construction at the constituency level using the Constituencies Development Fund (CDF) funds. The NCA should actually move ahead and register more construction companies involving the youth and encourage them do business at the constituency level using the CDF cash, and even waive the penalty ... view

Is the hon. Member who was on the Floor in order to raise irrelevant issues concerning MCAs’ traveling and governors’ running of counties? We are discussing a law in the National Assembly and not issues concerning the counties. view
