The Assistant Minister said the total is Kshs55 million. I think he has given us the figures for Recurrent Expenditure, so that he gets the total. I think he is confusing us. view

At what point did he realize after engaging the contractor that the contractor does not have the capacity? This is a serious matter! At what point did they realize it? view

The question is; can there be a balance between training and employment so that the people you have invested in are not outside waiting? That becomes a waste of resources.
