This is a very good project having to digitize security; we shall be able to combat criminals in the city. In South Africa, it was installed and insecurity reduced by 60 per cent. Safaricom will have to pay and deduct from the allocation of --- Safaricom is a local company, if you have to put such a contract in the hands of people like Tetra Radio Limited whom we do not know the directorship and who do not have the technical capability, it is very risky. This is because it involves the security of the whole country. view

Sections 101 and 279 of the National Police Service Act and the KDF Act respectively outlaw improper use, or donning, of uniforms resembling or intended to resemble those worn by the police and military personnel by persons other than the police or KDF officers.
