  • 27 Aug 2015 in National Assembly: Let me respond to the Chair of Public Accounts Committee (PAC) that the deletion of item (b) has the effect of deleting from the membership, the Ministry responsible for National Government Coordination and actually add those ones. The Ministry of Interior and Coordination of National Government is not very relevant to the issues of Public Private Sector Partnerships (PPP). That is the reason. Just because of its role, it is not very prominent in the PPPs. view

Section 43 of the Public Private Partnership Act is amended in subsection (2) by inserting a new item (gg) immediately after item (g) as follows– “(gg) conditions under which bidders may submit request for clarifications; and” view
