While I was the Chief Whip, I worked closely with him. It is unfortunate that he had to pass away the way he did. Justus Murunga Makokha for the loss. Maybe for starters, I will inform you that Matungu is a Constituency that was hived off from the larger Mumias, which I represented in this Parliament.
