  • 16 Nov 2011 in National Assembly: Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to thank the Minister for the answer but this is a Kenyan from my constituency, who is suffering innocently. I have a letter from the District Commissioner (DC) which makes reference to a court judgment. I am sure the Minister is in possession of this letter. I request that the Minister be given enough time to look at the letter and then the Question can be answered at a later date. view

We have had a number of projects, some of which are even in my constituency, which are funded by the Constituencies Development Fund (CDF), ESP and the Local Authorities Transfer Fund (LATF). view
  • 16 Nov 2011 in National Assembly: Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, what is the policy of the Government with regard to the provision of personnel to institutions that have been funded by other funding agencies? view
  • 16 Nov 2011 in National Assembly: On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. Is the Assistant Minister in order to avoid answering the question? I asked about staffing in schools. Now, he says that they have a shortage of teachers, yet those are the personnel that I was talking about. view

We have been having a programme on Kenya Television Network (KTN) called Jicho Pevu, which is screened immediately after news. We have seen cases being dealt with on a step by step account of what has been happening, when we lost officers like Erastus Cheromei; we are told exactly what happened to him in a step by step account. Is the Assistant Minister telling us that we now have to wait for Jicho Pevu to give ... view
