Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 3 of the Bill be amended in subclause (3) by deleting the words “but the Service may establish branches in any other place” appearing immediately after the words “capital city” and substituting therefor the words “but the Service shall establish branches in every county”. view

It is important because we need to harmonise the allowances earned by some of these Board members. It is important that the Salaries and Remuneration Commission is consulted for purposes of harmonizing the allowances. view

The Special Economic Zones Bill is important. Even as we allow foreigners to come and take advantage of these facilities, we should also allow Kenyans to do the same so that more people can be employed in those areas and create wealth for our country. view
