Clause 2 defines the word ‘prompt’ to mean not more than one year. I do not know whether they lacked the correct terminology or what is happening because promptly cannot mean a whole year. The other issue which the Committee has raised and needs to be discussed concerns occupation of land for one year and being eligible for compensation. I think that is a very short time.
