Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I want to repeat my earlier point. What we are doing in this House now will one day come back to haunt us. Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I support this amendment because what it is doing is to make sure that the new structure in terms of the High Court is actually mainstreamed with the Act. So, I support.

We have only discussed the proposed amendments which have now been rejected by the House. Does that then mean we refer to the original Clause in the miscellaneous Bill or do you need to put a Question? If the Question is not put, we have already hanged ourselves as Kenyans.
