I did respond to this, particularly regarding the breakdown for the Kshs20 billion conditional allocations. But Kshs3.5 billion of the conditional allocation is for Level Five Hospitals. The Bill actually sets out how much goes to each hospital. The balance is for donor funded projects. We had agreed and we suggested that before Kshs16.5 billion is disbursed, Treasury will actually provide every county with the details of the donor projects, what activities and so on.
