I am not sure which verse in the two books, but there is a verse that states that blessed are those who believe when they do not see. In paragraph 509, the Committee recommends that the DCI investigates the relationship between Mr. Paul Mackenzie and Mr. Ezekiel Odera, to establish any criminal culpability of Mr. Ezekiel Odera in aiding or abetting the events in the Shakahola tragedy within 30 days of the adoption of this Report. view
