Did you hear the Senate Majority Leader tell the House that the Senator of Siaya County has had an extremely, not using his own exact words, ending up and suggesting that he has had a very good time. The public is following. Therefore, can he specify what he means? Otherwise, he could impute improper motive on the distinguished Senator of Siaya County.
