Mr. Speaker, Sir, in my understanding, the Speaker’s Gallery is rated higher than the Public Gallery. Therefore, the students should have been subjected to the same treatment, so that the Senator of Siaya acknowledges both of them when they are both in the Public Gallery or the Speaker’s Gallery. They should receive equal treatment. I thought we fought for the new Constitution, so that all Kenyans are treated equally. This is the House of equity.
