Madam Temporary Speaker, I am glad you are listening to me. The same Constitution that he is quoting knows only one Speaker. All the other people who sit on that Chair are creatures of the Standing Orders. So, if you are there by the dint of the Standing Orders, then the Standing Order that provides that you should vote must be observed. I thank you.
