It is under Article 188 that we are proceeding on this matter. The Chairperson who also happens to be a renowned legal mind in this country cannot run away from the provisions of Article 188 to hide in the ignorance of somebody else, that the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC), should be consulted; that should not be allowed.
