These are very important issues and looking at the casual answers given in the copy, without that file we will be given a ride up the country far and back.

Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the net result of asking a child who scored 270 marks or below 300 marks to join a national school – in fact, in Kamusinga High School, we have a child with 207 marks - is that a child in the locality of that particular national school who has scored over 400 marks ends up missing going to that school. Could the Chairperson tell us whether this is a deliberate effort to frustrate counties and sub-counties, especially in the former Western and Nyanza Provinces who get very high scores in primary schools, not to have children ...
