The same Cabinet Secretary is reported to have directed all the county governments to deposit, before the end of this week, their budget proposals in her office. All that I said in plain English language was that it has been reported. If my county government has reported to me and another county government has also reported to me as a Senator of the Republic of Kenya, then it is reported. view
