• 8 May 2013 in Senate: On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I want to thank you for your ruling. But in view of the fact that this morning, there is an intended service for our departed friend, Sen. Mutula, I am afraid that a few Senators might have taken the opportunity of attending the mass and it could affect the outcome of the vote. I, therefore, rise under Standing Order No.51(3) to request that the vote be deferred on this matter for that reason. view
