Thank you. Mr. Speaker, Sir. I am reflecting on the history of Parliament. If Martin Shikuku, Jean Marie Seroney, Chelagat Mutai and J.M. Kariuki were alive, they would have wanted that the Chair settles the important issue of matters in this case that are currently active in court, because they are sub judice .
