  • 16 Feb 2011 in National Assembly: Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, we cannot allow in this Bill, a subjective principle that is not objective to go ahead and give an opportunity to contravening Articles 10 and 20 as they apply to the human rights of our judges. view
  • 16 Feb 2011 in National Assembly: I beg to support the amendment. view

  • 16 Feb 2011 in National Assembly: On a point of order, Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady. The Members of the Committee have just stepped out briefly, but I noticed that the amendment on the Order Paper is simply trying to harmonize where we had made one Secretariat. view

This year they have made another offer of 15 nurses to be recruited. Unfortunately, even last year some constituencies could not raise the 20 nurses, and now they are being asked to raise another 15 nurses. What affirmative action is the Ministry employing to ensure that constituencies that could not raise nurses for employment are given opportunities to take their children to the KMTC as a priority? view
  • 10 Feb 2011 in National Assembly: Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I want to congratulate the Ministry for the good work they are doing in addressing the issue of grabbed public land. However, at this point, Kenyans must know that this Question raises a fundamental issue on the sanctity of a title deed. To the extent that I have looked at the list of the titles that he has given and one of the people affected is a former honorable Member of this House. I have documents here showing that this honorable Member who has lost the property got that property from another honorable Member of ... view
