Members were fighting to contribute at that time. I am glad that we have learnt a lot from their contributions. I am sure that had today not been the first day of the sitting of Parliament since we came from recess, probably, more Members would have had an opportunity to respond. The mandate was that the Public Accounts Committee (PAC), then being a Sessional Committee was considered at the commencement of the Tenth Parliament, pursuant to the provisions of the then Standing Order No.147 which stated that:- view
