The first question is: Where are our priorities as a Commission? Why would you wait until you have a bill of Kshs10 million before you pay? Do not say you did not receive money. You have been receiving money. Why did you not pay for power first before doing everything else? What are you telling us? This Commission also has issues! I have been here for 15 years. This Commission has issues. It is important for Hon. Keynan, who is a Commissioner, to know that we are not very happy with the Commission. We are not!

The owners of this alcohol are multi-millionaires who have bought the police. They have bought the administration and everybody. Embu County. She merits this position. Here is a lady who has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree. If you look at her history, she has managed to hold offices almost similar to the one she wants to go to. As you can see from the Committee’s Report, she went before the Committee of 29 members and proved herself as worth holding this office.
