However, today, this House is able to determine its calendar. So, as the Majority Whip said, we are not adjourning because we lack what to do. We are adjourning in accordance with our calendar. As we begin a session, a calendar is set so that our time here and programs are clearly laid out in the Calendar of the House.

Yesterday, we had a debate on the drought situation in Turkana County. We were able to discuss the issue about LAPSSET Project. In those three months, this House has been able to demonstrate its ability to deal with matters touching on our people. As said again by the Mover, we already passed the additional revenue to our counties. A county such as Baringo receives about Kshs6 billion.
