It is the same case with that of Kisumu, Kericho and Nandi County. That is the beginning of Article 188. The alteration will only be done by considering items under (2); physical and human infrastructure, historical and cultural ties, geographical features and so on. I think this Bill is limited to only county boundaries. We need to pass a law, so that we deal with the issue of county boundaries.
