It is unfortunate that the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Cooperatives is not aware that the distribution is being done by the National Cereals and Produce Board, but not the Ministry of Agriculture. The National Cereals and Produce Board is not devolved and it is under your docket, Chairman.
