I agree with my colleagues who have spoken that this county has been the mother of IDPs and more importantly in reference to the recently settled IDPs in Deltet Camp in Trans Nzoia and Saboti Constituency. Could the Vice-Chairman clarify how many were fake IDPs because on Mashujaa Day, the Regional Commission, Janet Chepkonga, mentioned that the list that was presented to His Excellency, the Deputy President, indeed, had some fake IDPs? As earlier presenters have said, we need each other. Indeed, I agree with the first people who talked about the symbiotic relationship. If the common mwananchi has to access this information, the media has to be there because it plays a very critical role. Indeed, it is the responsibility of this Parliament to set rules and procedures that will enable the media to behave in a better way. Hon. I am left perplexed and I do not know whether he was involved, he was not being sincere or he is being a popurist. It is high time that we must stand up to be counted.
