• 30 Aug 2007 in National Assembly: Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I wish to thank the Assistant Minister and the Ministry for giving Neela Irrigation Scheme some money in the 2007/2008 Financial Year. In Butula, we have a lot of rivers which could be used for irrigation. In so doing, we reduce poverty. I would like to know from the Assistant Minister what workplan he has for the remaining irrigation schemes, so that the people of Butula can reduce poverty. view
