From the Question raised by the hon. Member, it is quite clear that he has not been briefed on all the facts. The letter he has tabled relates to the first case of fraud. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, subsequently, this particular individual, Mr. Misigo Abraham, was involved in another case of fraud. It is on the basis of the second case of fraud that the dismissal action was taken. view

The letter written by the DC was written on behalf of the District Human Resources Advisory Board. It was the same Advisory Board that recommended dismissal of the employee, because he was involved in a series of fraud cases, dating back to 1982; this was three years after he had been employed.
