You have spoken to a provision in the Act where it provides that some of these businesses can be declared as dominant and might mutate in different formats so that they present themselves as a multiplicity of businesses, yet they are the same. I entirely agree with you. Hon. Duale, you are contributing to the Competition Authority membership and you were trying to point them in a direction and inquiries they should have. The matters that you seem to be elucidating are matters that would ordinarily make a case that has been placed before that tribunal, once we have it. So, you are prosecuting matters that would ordinarily be prosecuted before that tribunal, if such a case was presented before them. So, Hon. Abdullaih is absolutely right.
