Limo and the House, if you had given the House the context in which the Chair is proposing to replace the word, “interim” in the Bill and substitute it with the word, “emergency”. If you look at it, it makes a lot of sense because it says that they will be looking at emergency defence requirements rather than interim defence requirement for the defence supplies. So, you are right. Hon. Limo would have given a better explanation. view
