I believe Hon. Members have heard the contribution of Hon. Noor, Member for Ijara. I believe there is a new tarmac road being contracted in Ijara Constituency at this time. That is a good thing. Also, she has appealed to Members that obeying the law must start with us. I think it is incumbent upon us, as Members of Parliament, to obey traffic rules and follow them all the time. Sometimes, I drive on our roads and my fellow Members of Parliament are always overtaking me. So, it is true. It begins with us. We need to obey these rules ...
