Members, I would like you to note that even as we give opportunity to Members to speak, we shall try as much as possible to be fair to regional and gender balance. We all have opportunity to speak. I hope Hon. Melly is taking note. That is because the contributions that have been made with regard to what requires to be done to this nightmare that is presented in traffic in this country will require a multi-sectoral approach. It is one that may require that inter-dependence clause in our Constitution to be activated. This is a very serious one and you need to take those notes so that as you draft and consider the Bill in this regard, all these factors are taken into consideration.
