Let me conclude. In conclusion, there are two groups of people who are marginalised in Kenya; that is, the Elmolos and the Dassanech. My request to the Government is to empower these two groups of people. If possible, they can be given the position of a Nominated Member of Parliament. It will be very good for us. Thank you very much, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir Speaker. You have cut me short, but thank you very much.

Thank you very much, Mr. Speaker, Sir. Let me take this opportunity, first and foremost, to send my condolences to the 11 students from Kenyatta University, who died in a road accident. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, we need to wear our safety belts and avoid overloading in matatus . The Cabinet Secretary told us today that two weeks ago, there was a matatu that was carrying 24 passengers. That is 10 more than the normal required number of 14 passengers. Overcrowding is also an issue. Pedestrians also pass through zebra-crossings without taking care of oncoming cars. If we avoid drunk driving, that will also help a lot. Finally, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, if you can remember, we had the Michuki laws, and at that time, things were better than today. I congratulate ...

Secretary who was here this morning for thinking of amending Michuki laws. If those laws are amended, the number of deaths will go down and that is what must happen. I thank you.
