He flew to Marsabit to look at the stadium and the matter is being sorted out. On behalf of the Marsabit people, we thank him very much. The Kenya Police Service was formed in 1906, and later on, we had the National Police Service, which was established in 2011 under Article 243. In normal circumstances, you can give to people or anybody things that you have. If you have something, you can give someone. If you do not have anything, what are you going to give to anyone?
