In support of this Bill, I would like to say that our children in Turkana, a place called Sarima where the offices of the Lake Turkana Wind Power are being operated from, the children living there have no clothes, no place to sleep, no food, no water, no survival at all. I rise pursuant to Standing Order No.53(1), to seek a Statement from the Standing Committee on National Security, Defence and Foreign Relations on the border conflict between Kenya and Ethiopia and alleged banditry attacks in Marsabit County by Samburu armed men.
