I support it and urge that when it goes to the Departmental Committee on Education and Research, they should critically scrutinise and make recommendations. As some of my colleagues have said, we sometimes have monies which are rarely unaccounted for. Sometimes when you find that there is some unrest in some schools, it is just because head teachers do not disclose the amount of money that the Government provides.
