First of all, the security service is one of the services we share with the private sector. Who is going to train and has the facilities and capacity? There has been an argument that in The Division of Revenue we should give a minimum of 15 per cent of the audited revenues. There are two mistakes here that continue to drag on. First, the audited revenues are two years old. For example, this one is for the 2012/2013 Financial Year.
