I told him that I thought that this question was supposed to be handled by the Chairman of Water and Irrigation Committee. I asked this question in the Ninth Parliament, I was given an answer by the Minister for Irrigation and Water and I wanted to make a follow up. She is correct when she says that the question should be rerouted. view
